*** Important Information *** From Wednesday the 27th March 2013 we will be changing our starting location to the start of Uni Loop which is at the corner of Jerningham Street and Mackinnon Parade in North Adelaide. We will still meet at the same time, 6:00pm with the warm up starting at 6:10pm. Training venues include Uni Loop, Torrens Lake and Brougham Gardens.
The reasons for the change have all be laid out previously via Facebook and Email but the main issue was a lack of car parking and general access issues around Elder Park during the Adelaide Oval redevelopment.
These sessions are designed to make you fitter and faster and follow a program designed by a qualified athletics coach.
Following the warm up, runners do a series of strides and drills before commencing the main part of the session. The night concludes with a cool down run and stretching.
Sessions usually finish by 7:15pm

Saturday runs range in distance from 10km to 20km and take place at a variety of locations around Adelaide each week. Locations include Henley Beach, Belair National Park, Rymill Park, Uni Loop and other various parklands through Adelaide CBD.
